Health and nutrition are very important and fascinating topics to me. I gained a lot of weight early in life, and due to my seated lifestyle, it's been very difficult to take off that weight over time. However, several years ago, I read Jordan Rubin's book, The Maker's Diet, and became a nutrition buff. Now, I'm a big fan of eating as healthily as possible. So I'm always studying nutrition and ways to do things to become as healthy as I can. This section of the site is devoted to those kinds of topics.
